latest requirements for the latest project

For this project you are designing a website completely in photoshop.

You will be responsible for the following:

-BACKGROUND
-HEADER
-LOGO
-NAV BAR
-FOOTER
-BASIC CONTENT (PICTURES or TEXT)
     - USING THE SLICE TOOL YOUR NAV BAR MUST TAKE YOU TO AT LEAST 3 PARTS OF YOUR PAGE.

There will be allowed to use the same concept as the HTML assignment but ALL components MUST be re-designed in PHOTOSHOP.

    I am going to do a tutorial called picture text effect. This effect will make it possible to put an image in your text. It is simple but will look good on my website.
